Martin is a senior Programme Manager with extensive Business Change, Infrastructure, Information Security and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery experience. His technical and managerial background has been gained predominantly in large-scale infrastructure projects within both the Financial and Public Sectors. Recently, Martin has successfully managed the infrastructure refresh programmes (with a c£27m budget each) for two major London universities, incorporating the build of new datacentres, the replacement of core networks (including WiFi), the introduction of modern identity and access management, the roll out of thousands of end point devices, and the migration of student and staff email services to ‘the cloud’.

Malcolm is a highly motivated individual with very strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all organisational levels. He has extensive experience in IT Service Management, service solution architecture, business process management and IT Service Transition and Transformation, and he has worked with end customers and managed service providers alike, in Health, Defense, Information Provision, Higher Education, Aerospace and Construction across the UK, Europe and Asia. He has deep knowledge of ITIL and PRINCE2 with considerable experience of managing organisational and business change.

Mark is a skilled and proven IT leader with an exemplary background in utilities, retail, finance, education and insurance sectors. His operational leadership experience includes delivering shared service and simplified business processes across multiple geographies notable UK, Europe, US, India and Malaysia. He has led many key initiatives, spanning organisational change and development, strategic planning, delivering competitive advantage through leading-edge applications and infrastructure, large-scale 24*7 operations and business process changes, multi-sourcing (including off-shoring, cloud computing and in-sourcing) and cost reduction. Lately, Mark was a change agent for the transformation of IS services and strategic programmes within a major University, providing a complete overhaul and re-design of their technology and delivery model.

Mark is also experienced in major transformation programmes and service transitions, from due diligence to post-deal integration.

Mehram joins expede as part of the yada Marketing 'Dream Team' and brings with her a wealth of experience and enthusiasm in the social media scene. As she speaks Punjabi, Spanish and Italian fluently, communication in all forms is her thing!

Nigel provides Software Development services to our clients. As part of expede, he develops interactive resources deployable to multiple platforms, hybrid mobile apps and end-to-end full stack development.

Bernadette comes to expede with a background of over 15 years of managing complex assignments including business, software and change projects.


Pauline rejoins expede as part of the Marketing Dream team.  A former intern Pauline was impressed and impressive enough to return after graduating with a high 2.1 from Bournemouth University. Her drive and enthusiasm are a much welcome addition to the team.

Vic has been working as a technical architect of the highest calibre for many years. There is no technology beyond his understanding and his ability to integrate systems and pass on the knowledge with which to manage such systems is unprecedented.



Gary is a Service Architect of the highest calibre. Having worked alongside core team members of expede for many years, we are only too pleased to have him on board.

Alan is a Technical Project Manager and IT Managed Services specialist with a flair for solving technical and business problems. A qualified Prince2 Practitioner, Alan has considerable experience delivering technical projects, managing complex IT infrastructures, data centres, and service delivery teams in enterprise environments in the UK and Europe and a welcome asset to the expede team.

A Project Manager with extensive Prince2 and Agile methodology skills, Dave has a wealth of client facing experience delivering across multiple industries including Telecoms, Petrochemical, Financial, Motor, Construction, CRM, Retail and E-Commerce industries. A grounded, pragmatic and amicable individual able to add value at all levels of an organisation.
